Have you been watching the Winter Olympics? I admit I haven't seen very much, but it's been an exciting to hear about the various US athletes winning gold. So in the spirit of all those gold metals (4 so far!), I thought about all the lovely d'Orsay style shoes that are out for spring- in gold! And for those of you in need of a vocabulary lesson: "A d'Orsay style pump is a woman's shoe in which the vamp of the shoe is
cut away very close to the toe box, and the sides are cut away,
revealing the arch of the foot." Feel more informed? I do, too.
I'm probably dreaming since it'll be at least 3 months before I can wear these, but why not?
